SYRIA...... A crisis is in sight?

The massacre sign inefficiency of the Annan Plan. This tragedy does push the international community to act decisively? Will there a before and after "Hula massacre"? After 14 months of revolt and a Syrian casualties of around 13,000 people, including more than 1,800 since the beginning of the Annan plan, no crisis has evoked seemed viable. Power, which has always signed proposals of international peace plan, even authorizing the sending of UN observers, never did change his attitude on the field, continuing repression without respite: fire on protesters , arbitrary arrests, torture, executions. The plan of UN envoy Kofi Annan - based on a necessary cease-fire allowing peaceful demonstrations - signed by Bashar al-Assad, has never actually been implemented. The Hula massacre - 108 people killed including 49 children and 34 women - has demonstrated to the international community's lack of effectiveness of the plan. These are indeed whole families who were executed in their home. But media coverage of the massacre, amplified by the unanimous condemnation by the Security Council, the killing, has prompted Western governments to act. Paris, London, Madrid, Berlin, Rome, Geneva, Brussels, Sofia ... but also Tokyo, Canberra and Washington have announced the return of the Syrian ambassador stationed in their country . An approach that reinforces the isolation of Syria, already hit by economic sanctions including the EU or the Arab League. The magnitude of this movement has mostly been ambassadors symbolically banished from the community of nations a country whose ruler is now considered "the murderer of his people" in the words of Laurent Fabius.

An entry in action?

So, beyond the protests and symbolic acts, the international community it is taking action? Several avenues are being explored by states and international organizations. The track sanctions is possible and can be further strengthened. While it is difficult for the EU or the Arab League to devise new economic sanctions, it is possible however to push for a better implementation of the latter. For their part, the United States announced Wednesday work together with Qatar to close the financial system of their country to a Syrian bank, the Syria International Islamic Bank. A measure to increase "economic pressure on the Assad regime by cutting off an escape route leading financial," the U.S. Treasury Department. In addition, other tracks are even carved. Paris has requested the holding of an emergency special session of the Council of Human Rights on the situation in Syria. It could be held in the coming days, according to the Quai d'Orsay. But whatever the position of the Council, it will retain a purely symbolic.

Security zones

Belgium, for his part called on Wednesday for the creation of "safe areas" protected by an "international force". "Without a military presence on Syrian territory to ensure the cease-fire, to support the Annan plan, to protect the observers, to ensure the flow of humanitarian aid, we will get nothing of the Syrian president" , said Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders, while repelling an action similar to that which brought down in 2011 Muammar Gaddafi in Libya. A position that France has not yet followed. Without discarding the military option, Francois Hollande, for its part Tuesday night found that such an operation should take place under UN mandate. But only the Security Council may request the United Nations implementation of Chapter VII of the Charter which authorizes military action. A Security Council blocked by the Chinese veto threats, and especially Russia. In fact, Moscow has tried considering a military option "premature" and Beijing reiterated being "opposed to military intervention." Many wonder now what Putin seeks, and how to make it change its position. For now, few answers. But the head of the Russian state is received in Paris on Friday by Francois Hollande for a dinner menu which Syria could face a main dish.

The fall of the regime

Meanwhile, the Syrians mobilized against the government continue to hope the regime fell. "An international agreement for Assad's departure is the only way to save the Annan plan and find a political solution, otherwise the situation could explode and threaten the entire region", has estimated the Syrian National Council ( CNS), the main opposition coalition. An international agreement that is also not necessarily intended to establish a military approach. The Yemeni example of a negotiated transition remains a possibility. An assumption difficult to accept for the time in Moscow. And Damascus, where the system seems not to doubt its indestructibility. But an approach that would be both cheaper for the international community and the least costly in lives to the Syrians.

Israel justifies the use of computer virus Flame against Iran

The antivirus software vendor Kaspersky Lab has identified a terrible computer virus called Flame. It would be used as a "cyber weapons", including against Iran, which sees the hand of Israel or the United States.  A new "worm" computer was flushed out by researchers from the publisher of Kaspersky Lab antivirus : it's Flame, a virus activated for five years and which has already infected thousands of computers, mainly in the Middle and the Middle East. It would be used as a cyber-weapon against countries like Iran, probably in favor of the West and Israel . After Stuxnet and where you can admire, this virus is indeed such a sophistication that this requires the assistance of a State, for purposes of "cyber spying". The countries most affected by Flame: Iran led the way. Israel suspect that Tehran is also affected, such as Sudan, Syria and Lebanon. According to Kaspersky, Flame is "twenty times larger than Stuxnet" a detected virus in 2010 and already used against Iran's nuclear program.Flame is able to "steal important information, not only contained in computers, information systems referred, archived documents, contacts, users and even audio recordings of conversations," said the Russian company. According to Western media, Flame was used to attack the Iranian Oil Ministry and the main oil terminal of Iran. The spokesman for Iranian foreign Ramin Mehmanparast rejected on Tuesday the responsibility for the attack on "some countries or illegitimate regimes capable of producing virus affecting all countries," an allusion to Israel and the United States accused by Tehera n of being behind previous attacks.  Iran also claims to have already managed to produce an antidote to Flame. The center Maher, depending on the Iranian Ministry of Telecommunications, has "succeeded in identifying the virus Flame then prepare a virus able to identify it and eliminate it," said a statement posted on the website of this organization. This anti-virus "is available to government bodies and at their request", the statement does not indicate when or how the virus was discovered, or what damage it could already be in Iran. Israel's response was quick. Rather than deny, the Jewish state justifies such action ... "It is right for anyone who believes the Iranian threat as a significant threat to take various measures, including this one, to stop it," said the Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Moshe Ya'alon on Tuesday, Army Radio. "Israel is a leader in new technology and tools we offer all kinds of possibilities," boasted Ya'alon, who is also deputy prime minister. Enough to feed speculation about a possible Israeli involvement in this computer program.

zaviews exclusive: Corruption all over in Pakistan

Pakistan most corrupt country in the world where Corruption is a big barrier in the progress of Pakistan, every department of the country & leaders are growing with corruption every passing day. There are so many issues in Pakistan but most important issue is unemployment. The corrupt head of department & people in the public sector always select those individuals on important positions who are completely incompetent but have ability to make money for department ministers. You will never get job if you don’t  have money & approach of high level authorities. In recent days Sindh government (Pakistan 2nd biggest Province) announce & published some positions on vacant posts in different department, thousand & thousand application sent from all our province with a hope but it’s shocking when only favorites were called for an interview without any test & appointment letters issued on the spot. Zaviews closely observe this story in Health & Education Department. Coalition government behind this corruption, leading party of Pakistan in Sindh province distributed different departments to coalition partner like Education department PPP & Health department handed over to MQM, no partner interfering in each other’s departments, so every political party try best to earn money as much as they can & preferred to appoint those persons who are well wishers for their party. The leaders of Pakistan are corrupt leaders so how they can eliminate corruption from country. People of Pakistan should come out from their homes & take some strong steps in order to fight against corrupt leaders otherwise they will keep living like KING but when bad time will come they will run like MOUSE

U.S. condemn punish Pakistan for alleged CIA informant

A committee of the U.S. Senate decided to reduce by 33 million dollars (26.2 million) to U.S. support to Pakistan after the country have condemned Shakil Afridi, a Pakistani doctor, to 33 years in prison for helped the CIA to find Osama bin Laden. The cut corresponds to one million dollars for each year of the sentence.

The amendment, proposed by Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, was unanimously approved and reduces by 33 million dollars (26 million), support for Islamabad. Agence France Press reports that the value chosen by the U.S. Senate symbolizes the number of years in prison for the doctor who was convicted in Pakistan. "We need Pakistan, Pakistan needs us, but we do not need Pakistan playing a double game and without justice in order to see Osama bin Laden, "said Sen. Lindsey Graham. Afridi Shakil, 50, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the justice system of Pakistan's tribal district of Khyber in the first instance. Beyond imprisonment, the doctor was required to pay a fine of $ 3,500 (2783 euros) which, if not paid, it increases the jail time in over three years. He was accused of treason for allegedly pretending to carry out a vaccination program against hepatitis B among children of Osama bin Laden, former leader of Al Qaeda in the complex where everyone lived in Abbottabad, in order to collect DNA samples to deliver to the CIA. It is considered by the tribal court, a spy, even though it is unclear whether the doctor knew who was in charge of a mission for the CIA at the time of the events. "Shakil did not really know who was looking for Bin Laden," said Shaukat Qadir, a former Pakistani military investigated the attack on Abbottabad and has been aware of the details of the interrogation Afridi, according to BBC news. "But he should have notified the Pakistani authorities of its activities," he adds. "In the case of Dr. Afridi is concerned that the it has acted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and what is decided by the courts in Pakistan, and countries need to respect the legal processes of each other, "he told reporters Moazzam Khan, a spokesman for the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Pakistan insisted in a statement to the agencies, than any other country would have done the same if he discovered that one of its nationals was working as a spy for a foreign nation. Afridi was not present at his own trial and could not therefore give your version of events. are confined to a prison cell in Peshawar. Appropriations Committee had already scheduled for the budget that President Barack Obama made to Pakistan in order to compensate the executive Pakistani cooperation in fighting terrorism. Applications for Obama was reduced by 58 percent. The same committee also approved the reduction of support already provided to Afghanistan and Iraq. The overall budget for foreign aid for the next year was cut by more than half and there may be further reductions to Pakistan if Islamabad does not open inland transport routes for the entry of NATO forces (led by the U.S.) in Afghanistan. These routes were closed after, during an attack on Afghanistan in November 2011, coordinated by the U.S. army on the side of the border with Pakistan, 24 Pakistani soldiers were killed.
"The court sees Al Qaeda as Pakistan,"
Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein, chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Afridi denied being a spy in the service of the U.S. and said that Pakistan has suffered at the hands of terrorists and that, therefore, the Executive has difficulty understanding why the condemnation Afridi is a betrayal of diplomatic relations with the U.S.."This sentence tells me that Al Qaeda is seen by the court as Pakistan," Feinstein said, explaining why to rethink U.S. assistance to that country.did not start any diplomatic process, with Republicans and Democrats to position themselves in same perspective. Shakil Afridi was arrested yesterday and measures to punish the country were taken today. "It is arbitrary, but the hope is that Pakistan realizes that we are talking seriously," said number two in the Senate, Democrat Richard Durbin ."It's outrageous that [the Pakistanis] say that a man who helped us to find Osama bin Laden is a traitor," he added. Lindsey Graham has accused Pakistan of being an "ally schizophrenic" by helping the United States while terrorist network that helps Haqqani , a group with close links to Al Qaeda and the Taliban, which claimed authorship of several attacks against Americans. Democrat Patrick Leahy said the diplomatic relationship between the two countries was like "Alice in Wonderland , at best. If this is cooperation, would hate to see how the opposition. "
Condemnation was "unfair and unfounded"
The U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, had already ordered the release of medical Pakistan on Thursday, Shakil Afridi claiming that served both the interests of Americans and the Pakistanis, considering the sentence "unfair and unfounded." "Your help was essential to bring down one of the most notorious killers in the world, which was clearly in the interest of Pakistan as well as ours and the rest of the world, "Clinton told reporters, adding that the U.S. will continue pressing Islamabad to withdraw the charge of treason. Senator John McCain, Republican representative in the Armed Forces Committee, said the legislators agreed to retain some military aid to Pakistan until the Pakistani Secretary of Defense certifies that the country will fail to condemn people like Afridi. "We are all outraged by the prosecution and sentencing to 33 years in prison - virtually a death sentence - for the Pakistani doctor who was instrumental in the removal of Osama bin Laden, "McCain said, adding that Afridi was innocent of any wrongdoing. Secretary of Defense of the United States, Leon Panetta assured, in a tone of political threat that this type of action against someone who helped in the war against terrorism was "a mistake".

Iran, found levels of uranium to 27% Aiea: "Higher limits allowed"

Discovered traces of uranium enriched to 27 percent in a nuclear installation Fordow, Iran. This is confirmed by the results of samples taken on 15 February by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). According to the report, Iran has increased its capacity to produce nuclear material "sensitive", installing hundreds of new centrifuges for uranium enrichment in the underground site. The concerns of the engineers is that the Islamic Republic may, within a short period, to build the atomic bomb. Iran, however, rejected the accusations, claiming that not only its nuclear program is exclusively peaceful purpose, but explained that the high content of uranium was not intentional and, therefore, only of technical reasons. The relationship.IAEA's discovery was announced in the aftermath of the Baghdad talks between Tehran and the so-called 5 +1, that Moscow had called "constructive" remain despite "significant differences" between the parties. The last level of enrichment declared by Iran was slightly below 20%, a result decidedly less than 90% necessary for the manufacture of atomic power. The IAEA experts also insist in having access to the site of Parchin, where they were tested missiles that can accommodate nuclear warheads. On Monday, the IAEA and Tehran had reached a compromise that would allow international inspectors to visit sites and assess the documents. However, the agreement had not yet been signed by the parties. Differences."We're not going to stop enriching uranium to 20 percent." So said the ultraconservative Iranian Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Khatami during the Friday sermon in Tehran. Khatami, referring to Western forces, said: "We have given the authorization to control our nuclear sites. Furthermore, our supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has explicitly stated that Iran is not seeking a bomb Atomic. What do they want more? ". His statements were made only after the agreement was not reached between Tehran and the group '5 +1'. The main obstacle is the fact that while Tehran is seeking the suspension of economic sanctions, the '5 +1' group does not intend to request the waiver if before Iran will slow the uranium enrichment. The talks will resume, however, 18 and 19 June in Moscow.

Egypt: Muslim Brotherhood in a good position

The second round of presidential elections should oppose the Islamist Mohammed Morsi to former General Ahmed Shafiq. The Muslim Brotherhood definitely leave nothing to chance. Thursday evening, two hours after the close of the first round of the presidential election, supporters of Mohammed Morsi convened the press in the elegant villa that serves as their headquarters in the heart of Cairo, to announce the 'net advance "of their champion. Only 236 of 13,000 polling stations were then stripped but the key was not there. For the Brotherhood, it was mostly strike the mind with the prospect of a second round at the end still uncertain, 16 and 17 July and prevent fraud attempts. Sixteen months after the fall of Hosni Mubarak , the operation of real-time communication certainly demonstrates that the Muslim Brotherhood, strength from 600,000 to one million members are estimated to have no parallel to patrol the country. Unlike other candidates, it seems that Mohammed Morsi has succeeded in deploying delegates in almost all polling stations. Yet, in advance of the candidate of the Brotherhood on Friday afternoon seemed surprisingly thin. According to estimates released by the Muslim Brotherhood, he would have met 25% of the votes, just ahead of the former General of the Air Force Ahmed Shafiq. The candidate "Nasser" Hamdine Sabahi happen in third place after an unexpected breakthrough. The Islamist "liberal" Abdel Moneim Aboul Fotouh and former Secretary General of the Arab League Amr Moussa, given for favorite throughout the campaign, seem, however, significantly behind. "Today is a great day," wanted to celebrate Thursday night Essam el-Erian, vice president of the Brotherhood, once the initial trends were released."These are elections of the truth that will pave the way for social justice and freedom for all Egyptians. Muslims and Christians, young and old, men and women: we are fighting for 80 years for all inhabitants of this country might live free. "Pounding their victory no doubt, although their electoral weight seems in decline since the November parliamentary, officials have said the Brotherhood, for the international press: "We want to build democracy and all investors should be aware that we will ensure a stable environment."

Revolutionaries disappointed

If the race ahead of Mohammed Morsi was expected, the correct score of Ahmed Shafiq, who was ephemeral Prime Minister Hosni Mubarak during the revolution and who embodies the old regime in the eyes of many Egyptians, was received as a blow by the young revolutionaries. "I do not believe it, murmuring Nureldine Mahmoud, who was a student of all events in Tahrir Square. We now choose the candidate of the Brothers, who want to confiscate all the powers, and that of the army that knows anything about politics. "The famous blogger Issandr el-Amrani for his part evokes a" nightmare scenario " and predicted a return of agitation. "Obviously, Shafiq is unacceptable by the revolutionaries, worried recently the editor of the magazine Al-Musawar, Hamdy Rizk. His election, because it gommerait everything that has happened since January 25, 2011, would be perceived by the population as a declaration of war. "For now, youth organizations, activists have not formally responded dissemination of partial results. These days, the Supreme Council of the armed forces, however, warned against any temptation to challenge the results. In a thinly veiled threat, the military pledged to protect by any means "institutional legitimacy" after the vote.

Pakistan seeks saving formula in NATO talks

Pakistan will probably not reopen supply routes for NATO troops in Afghanistan United States unless an acceptable offer in talks to end six months of deadlock over the issue, an official said Thursday Pakistan. The official said the ruling Pakistan People's Party (PPP) had to be covered politically, considering the widespread anti-American sentiment in the country before the general elections scheduled for early next year. "It's not fair to expect a decision any country that could be politically damaging before elections," said the official, who is familiar with the negotiations told Reuters on condition of anonymity. The United States has been pressing Pakistan to reopen supply routes for NATO forces in Afghanistan in difficult conversations that show no signs of a breakthrough in the near future. Pakistan closed the routes, seen as vital to the planned withdrawal of most troops from Afghanistan by the end of 2014, to protest the killing last November of 24 Pakistani soldiers in a NATO air strike near the Afghan border . Higher traffic rates are the most difficult issue in the negotiations, the official said. Pakistan is asking for a rate substantially higher than the current $ 250 per container or fuel truck that crosses their borders. He said it was unclear when an agreement could be reached, without elaborating. "It could be tomorrow or it could be in two months," he said. The U.S. frustration with Pakistan deepened on Wednesday after the Pakistani authorities was sentenced to 33 years in prison for a doctor accused of helping the CIA to find Osama bin Laden on charges of treason. Shakil Afridi was charged with making false vaccination campaign, which collected DNA samples, believed to have helped the U.S. intelligence agency to track down bin Laden in a Pakistani city. The al Qaeda leader killed in a raid by U.S. special forces last May in the city of Abbottabad, which severely damaged relations with Washington, a source of billions of dollars in assistance. The extensive presence of bin Laden in Pakistan, is believed to have been there three years, despite a global search to find it generated suspicions in Washington that Pakistani intelligence officials have given him shelter. Pakistani officials deny this and say that an intelligence gap allowed bin Laden to live there undetected. Nobody has been charged so far to help the leader of Al Qaeda refuge in Pakistan. A government commission charged with investigating how he managed to evade capture by the Pakistani authorities for so long is accused of being ineffective. Apart from discussions on supply routes for NATO, Pakistan and the U.S. have been trying to resolve other differences in their relations since the raid that killed bin Laden, who humiliated the country's powerful military. Islamabad is demanding an apology by U.S. soldiers killed in Pakistani air raid on the border, but progress has been made on this issue, said the Pakistani official. "We need some kind of apology," he said. Pakistan also wants the U.S. to stop attacks drones on militants in its territory.

U.S. lawmakers approved drastic cuts in military aid to Pakistan

A U.S. Senate committee Thursday approved measures aimed at reducing U.S. aid to Pakistan because of tensions between the two countries and the conviction Wednesday of a doctor who helped the CIA to find Osama Bin Laden. An amendment proposed by Sen. Lindsey Graham to cut $ 33 million in aid to Pakistan was passed unanimously with 30 votes in favor and none against. The figure was chosen in reference to the number of years in prison he received the doctor Shakeel Afridi was sentenced on Wednesday to charges including treason, in the first instance to 33 years in prison for a tribal court for having helped the CIA to find Osama Bin Laden, who died in May 2011 by a U.S. command in the north. Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein, chairwoman of the Intelligence Committee, estimated that Afridi "is not a spy." At the same time, lawmakers approved a 58% cut in aid to Pakistan if the country fails to return to allow transit of U.S. military to supply its soldiers in Afghanistan, a cut in aid to Afghanistan, 28% and 77% aimed at Iraq. In total, this bill provides finance $ 184 million for State Department operations in Pakistan and Islamabad 800.3 million, of which 50 million to fight violent extremism. These cuts are aimed at military aid only and not for financial support, which support 475 million remains intact. "If this is how Pakistan is a friend and a hero, I'm not sure these funds," Feinstein launched about Afridi's conviction. A subcommittee had approved these drastic cuts on Tuesday. Funding for international assistance amounting to 52,000 million dollars.

Facebook launches Facebook camera, a dedicated Facebook Instagram

$1 billion, 300 million in "real" money, that is what it cost to Facebook on April 10 the acquisition of Instagram , this (very) popular application, widely used (among others) on Twitter. Six weeks later, and while the company is strongly in heckled after its recent IPO , Facebook announced the availability of "Facebook Camera", an application for ... to roughly the same. The least we can say is that this raises a lot of questions and trolleurs already are having a field day. Example tweet with this fake account of a pretty good summing up the question that everyone asks (found via @ gonzague , thank you in passing)

Upload multiple filters, edition: almost all the same

One could almost believe in a hoax, but it is not. According to the press release available on the social network, the strengths of this application reserved for iOS (for now) put forward are the ability to batch upload photos and view only the photos uploaded by friends of his timeline. The application also offers simple editing tools to resize, rotate or add filters to images downloaded. Considering that the photo part was not the most ergonomic features while Facebook is paradoxically very used (for better and sometimes worse), the announcement has more meaning. It also helps to clean up the applications developed by third party companies that were currently the only ones to offer this type of functionality to the "serial posters".

What about Instagram?

If one believes that The Verge seems well informed , both applications are intended to co-exist, at least for a given time. An internal team of Facebook was working before the acquisition of Instagram is decided, as reported in TechCrunch in June 2011 . And, according to The Verge quoting Dirk Stoop in charge of party photos at Facebook, it was essential for the social network to offer an application worthy of the name to allow network members to properly manage their photos via a smartphone, offering a user experience that far fewer low.
Anyway, Facebook camera should be available in the U.S. in the coming hours, and in the coming days for the rest of the world. And meanwhile, the question of the future of Instagram remains unanswered ...Finally, the best way to be quiet is to organize its own competition, detergent manufacturers have long understood.

Iranians reject proposals in the nuclear dispute

To kick off the new round of negotiations in the nuclear dispute with Iran have presented both sides of their own proposals for resolving the conflict. Iran should be moved to make concessions in uranium enrichment, a spokesman for EU foreign policy chief said Catherine Ashton on Wednesday in Baghdad. The Iranian state news agency ISNA According presented the delegation from Tehran in turn a five-point plan. Details of the proposals were not disclosed. The five UN veto powers and Germany hope to own data on solid progress at the meeting, not a breakthrough. The first round of talks in the morning is run professionally, BelTA learned from diplomatic sources. On the Iranian side, the negotiations by chief negotiator Said Jalili , led on the other side of Ashton. Their staff included to extend the meeting until Thursday is not enough. The negotiations are to contribute to the ongoing conflict for years is still resolved peacefully. Iran hopes for an easing of recently tightened sanctions. The U.S., Russia, China, France, Great Britain and the Federal Republic want to concessions such as better access to Iran's nuclear facilities. It is the second such meeting since mid-April, negotiations were resumed after a 15-month interruption. In the phase voltages had increased.

Western proposals "petty"

Ashton's spokesman said shortly after the start of the talks, Iran should be dissuaded in particular, to enrich uranium in the higher concentration of 20 percent. From this threshold on, it is relatively easy to enrich weapons-grade nuclear fuel to 90 percent. For the five per cent of electricity is needed. "The ability to enrich to 20 percent, the key question," said one Western diplomat. Iranian negotiators are not with the outcome of the talks, according to reports from Tehran satisfied. "The proposals contain nothing new, they are biased and therefore not useful," the Iranian state news agency Irna quoted on Wednesday in Iran's negotiating parties. The state-run news channel Press TV reported on its website: "The world powers have again proven that they are in their negotiations with Iran is not sufficiently serious." The Iranian agency ISNA described the Western proposals on nuclear program in the country as a "petty". By contrast, the solution set their own "new and comprehensive". Iran has been working for two years at a higher grade enrichment. This has alarmed Israel, which does not preclude an attack on nuclear facilities in the Gulf State. The government in Tehran argues against material that would be necessary for medical purposes. The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA, Yukiya Amano had circulated in the run-confidence and even made a deal in prospect, which will increase the cooperation between both sides. This caused a relaxation in the oil markets. Also on Wednesday gave in to the oil price. Amano was earlier this week traveled to Tehran in the short term, and had there met with senior government representatives. Amano wants to achieve, among other things, that his inspectors have access to the most controversial facilities such as the Parchin military complex. The IAEA suspects that take place there research required for the development of nuclear weapons could be relevant. Diplomats cautioned it was still a long way to a breakthrough. The United States also expressed their reserves. "Promises are one thing, actions, and the fulfillment of other obligations," said a spokesman for the U.S. presidential administration in Washington. The U.S. Senate on Monday gave the green light for further economic sanctions.
